Task Handover : Merchandising

We can take these easy-to-handover tasks off your plate on short notice. If you have tasks that fall outside of this scope, we’re happy to provide a quote if we think we’re a fit.

  • We’ll create a one-stop-shop for all product line information in Excel format for easier reporting as well as a paired down deck for visual reference.

  • We’ll create a deck to present a new assortment including fresh silhouettes, graphic concepts or resourcing strategies to improve efficiencies or cost.

  • We’ll handle all sourcing, logistics, and communication for product development plus create a full calendar for you to track against all key dates and deliverables.
