Task Handover : Operations

We can take these easy-to-handover tasks off your plate on short notice. If you have tasks that fall outside of this scope, we’re happy to provide a quote if we think we’re a fit.

  • We’ll create a SMART SKU system tailored for your brand and the process to maintain it as your brand grows.

  • We’ll establish a GS1 account for your business, build two UPC sticker templates (PDF and Excel) and provide SOPs for UPC creation, GS1 account management, and stickering. Add on- provide UPCs for all existing SKUs.

  • Create an all encompassing vendor guide tailored for your brand including brand values, processes and procedure, quality and compliance standards, fulfillment and shipping/logistics requirements.

  • We’ll take your data dump and create a deck reporting on inventory KPIs - top performing SKUs, stock to sales, weeks on hand, sales analysis, size curves.

  • Handover tasks surrounding moving freight for purchase orders, trade shows or popups. We’ll rate shop, arrange freight, track it, label it, and make sure it arrives on time.
